Interval AI is seeking a Mid Level Marketing Generalist to lead and execute our early-stage marketing efforts. This role will be highly versatile, covering social media, content creation, paid ads, SEO, inbound lead generation, and brand positioning. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment, is resourceful and autonomous, and can move seamlessly between creative work and data-driven campaign execution. This position is in-person only and comes with competitive pay, equity in the company, commission bumps on deals brought in through your efforts, and the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as Interval scales.

Position overview:
At Interval AI, marketing will be central to our growth story. We are building the future of AI-powered collections, helping businesses recover revenue faster, stay compliant, and protect customer relationships. As our first Marketing Generalist, you’ll have the opportunity to shape Interval’s brand, voice, and demand generation strategy from the ground up.
This is a highly dynamic role that requires both creativity and execution. One day you might be filming and editing short-form video for social media, the next launching paid ads, building SEO content, or collaborating with sales to refine messaging for prospects. You will work closely with the founding team and have direct visibility into how your work drives revenue and adoption.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow Interval’s presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Create and edit videos, graphics, and written content for ads, social, and website
- Craft script proposals and work with the founding team to produce content
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust to improve ROI
- Work closely with software vendors we currently use for marketing to enhance efforts
- Build and optimize SEO content and ensure strong website visibility
- Develop inbound funnels, lead magnets, and email campaigns to drive leads
- Collaborate with sales to create case studies, pitch decks, and collateral
- Support event marketing, trade shows, or partnerships when needed
- Work directly with founders and sales to align marketing with growth targets

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Familiarity with paid ad platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization
- Experience with GoHighLevel and marketing automation tools
- Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
