We are looking for a Full Cycle Sales Representative who thrives in a startup environment and can take ownership of the sales process from prospecting to close. You’ll be responsible for sourcing leads, running demos, negotiating deals, cold calling, and ensuring a smooth onboarding. This role requires strong communication, persistence, and the ability to manage a pipeline while working closely with the founders and marketing team. This position is In Person only and comes with competitive compensation, equity, and the opportunity to shape the technical foundation of Interval as we scale.
Interval AI is seeking a Full Cycle Sales Representative to own the entire sales process, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals. This role is critical to driving revenue growth as we expand into new industries and markets. The ideal candidate is competitive, resilient, and able to manage a pipeline with consistency and urgency. You’ll work closely with the founding team and marketing to refine messaging, deliver product demos, and close business with mid market companies. This job is In Person only and comes with a base salary & commission. Expected OTE is $120,000+
Position title: Full Cycle Sales Representative
Position overview:
We are looking for a Full Cycle Sales Representative to take ownership of the sales pipeline from start to finish. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and sourcing leads, running product demos, managing negotiations, and closing new business. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to generate demand and with the founders to refine sales strategy and messaging.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is motivated by results, and can balance both prospecting & closing responsibilities. Quota is set and expected to be maintained on a monthly basis.
Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and networking
- Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to close
- Negotiate contracts and pricing in alignment with company goals
- Manage pipeline & notes in company CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly quota
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of SaaS sales
- Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM tools to track activity, opportunities, and results
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities at once
- Must be available to work In Person at the Interval office
- Proven track record of sales quotas met
