    Position title: Founding Engineer

    Position overview:
    We are seeking a Founding Engineer to join Interval and help lead development. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the technical foundation of our platform and drive innovation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, test, deploy, improve, and maintain software.
    • Work with product managers and designers to implement functional requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Able to work IN PERSON in Provo, UT.
    • BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
    • Experience developing full-stack web applications.
    • Experience designing and developing API integrations.
    • Strong track record for delivering high-quality projects in a timely manner.
    • Aptitude for mentoring junior engineers.
    • Positive attitude and collaborative personality.

    Preferred:

    • Experience with Next.js, Node.js, and Rust.
    • Experience working in a startup or similar environment.
